扶桑鶴は明治36年(1903年)創業。清流日本一に輝いた高津川からの清冽な伏流水をくみ上げて使用しています。扶桑鶴は優しく、旨味があり飲み飽きしない食中酒としての日本酒を目指しております

Fusozuru was founded in 1903. We use clean underground water from the Takatsu River, the clearest river in Japan. Fusozuru aims to be a kind of sake that is gentle, tasteful and does not get tired of drinking.
